EdiP is operated by Toprak Engineering, Education & Software Ltd. Co., accessible at www.ediplit.com ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@ediplit.com.

• Account data: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Payment data: billing handled entirely by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: which features you use, approximate character counts, and error logs — for service improvement.
• Text you submit: passages you paste for analysis. These are processed in real time and are not stored permanently unless you explicitly save them (voice profile / training). They are never used to train AI models.
• IP address & country: recorded at signup for VAT/tax compliance (required by law).

• To provide and improve the EdiP service.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations (VAT, KDV).
• To communicate service updates (no marketing without consent).

• Supabase — authentication and database (EU region).
• Paddle — payment processing and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
• AI providers (Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter) — text analysis. All providers are contractually bound to no-training data-use policies for API traffic.
• Vercel — frontend hosting.
• Fly.io — backend hosting.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@ediplit.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained after deletion.

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise any right, contact us at support@ediplit.com.

We use a single functional cookie to remember your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE). No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
