2. The service

EdiP provides AI-assisted literary analysis and writing tools for writers, scholars and readers. The service includes a Literary Analysis module, a Writer's Studio, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to process content that is illegal, harmful or infringing.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.
  • Resell or commercially redistribute the service's output without permission.
  • Use the service to generate content that violates the intellectual property of others.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of any text you submit. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested analysis. We do not use your text to train AI models. We do not claim any rights to your creative work.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), who issues all invoices and handles VAT compliance. Prices are listed in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

EdiP's software, design, and original content are owned by Toprak Engineering, Education & Software Ltd. Co. and protected by copyright. The literary analysis methodology is our own work. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our interface or proprietary analysis output without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis is offered as a reading aid, not as authoritative literary criticism. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdiP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
