Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions — cancellation

You may cancel your EdiP subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@ediplit.com. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

2. Digital product nature — no refund after use

EdiP is a digital service. Once an analysis has been delivered or credits have been consumed, the service has been rendered. Accordingly, refunds are not available after the service has been used (e.g. after an analysis report is generated or a translation is completed). This is consistent with the digital-content exception under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable Turkish consumer regulations.

3. Technical failures

If you experience a verifiable technical failure — an analysis that did not complete, a charge for a feature that was unavailable, or a billing error — we will investigate and provide a full or partial refund as appropriate. Please contact us within 14 daysof the incident at support@ediplit.com with:

  • Your account email
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The approximate date and time

4. Free plan

The Free plan carries no payment obligation. There is nothing to refund.

5. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle issues all invoices and handles VAT / tax compliance. If you believe you were charged incorrectly by Paddle, you may also contact Paddle support directly.
